Interex are UK-based export specialists providing a full range of parts, equipment and accessories to automotive, motorsport, industrial and public sector customers around the world.
Founded in 1997, we operate from Interex House – our company’s purpose-built offices and warehouse in Suffolk, East Anglia, England.
We supply customers in more than 120 countries, a large amount of our business is “special order”. Whether this is a small order for a single oil filter or a container of Land Rover parts we react quickly and always aim to advise pricing & shipping options within a matter of hours.
Our experienced technical sales team look after customers’ enquiries ensuring a fast, efficient and competitive service. No two requests are the same, which is why we provide bespoke quotations and logistics solutions to suit your needs.
Whilst the vast majority of shipments are made directly from our UK warehouse we often source and ship directly from our partner offices in Tokyo, Seoul, Bangkok, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Sao Paolo and Miami.
Interex was born
Interex founded in a converted chicken shed in Berkshire, UK by David Dodd. Interex supplies parts and equipment to customers in Taiwan, Japan, Singapore and Malaysia.
New premises
Interex moves to new purpose built premises in Suffolk, UK. The team expands from four to six colleagues.
More expansion needed
Interex move to new larger warehouse and offices, Interex House, in Suffolk, UK. The team takes on more members, bringing the total to 10 colleagues – an exciting milestone which cements the continued future for Interex.
What a year for Interex!
Interex is the proud recipient of the Queen’s Award for Enterprise as well as the Anglian Business Award for International Trade. The Interex team expands to 14 colleagues, all working together to provide ‘award-winning’ customer service with every order.
